Since its inception, UMC has provided accounts receivable management services to the healthcare industry. Specifically, under the Company’s ongoing service contracts, UMC is engaged to employ its proven practices and techniques by offering extended business office (EBO), physicians billing, and staffing solutions to hospitals, physicians group practices, clinics, and other health care providers located throughout the United States.

UMC, formerly known as United Medicorp, Inc. and United Medicorp Texas, Inc., was incorporated in the State of Texas in March 1989. In July 1989, in exchange of stock, United Medicorp Texas, Inc. was acquired by Gamma Resources, Inc., a publicly-owned Delaware shell corporation, which simultaneously changed its name to United Medicorp, Inc. (“UMC”). The Company adopted its present name in May 2007.
