Cleston R. Lord, Jr. – Corporate Secretary and Legal Adviser
Mr. Lord serves as Corporate Secretary and Legal Adviser of UMC. He has served on the Board of Directors of UMC since November 2, 2007. Mr. Lord manages Stevens Financial Group, L.L.C.’s (SFG) in-house legal and human capital staff and is responsible for addressing all issues relating to due diligence and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining SFG, Mr. Lord was an administrative staff analyst for the New York City Housing Authority. Mr. Lord holds a bachelor of liberal arts degree with a concentration in economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, a master of business administration degree from Kent State University, and a jurist doctor degree from Pace University School of Law.

Mr. Lord is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
