Patrick B. Gough – Chief Operating Officer
With more than thirty (30) years of Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) and business operations experience, Mr. Gough has distinguished himself by his ability to improve business efficiencies while increasing client performance and revenues within such diverse industries as healthcare, telecommunications, retail, banking, government, and travel & entertainment. He possesses a solid track record of driving growth and profitability by delivering creative solutions to critical deficiencies that ultimately provides the platform for companies to successfully manage and grow their customer base as well as enhance vendor, governmental, and employee relations. Mr. Gough is responsible for both short- and long-term operational strategies of UMC and its subsidiaries which include overseeing and managing its day-to-day operations, planning, and budgeting functions. Mr. Gough previously served as Executive Vice President of Credit Bureau Accounts, Inc. - a company in which he held a minority ownership interest - where he acted in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer and oversaw the approval of expenses, budgets, periodic financial statements, working capital requirements and capital expenses. Mr. Gough's invaluable experience will aid UMC and its subsidiaries in its efforts to profitably grow its healthcare extended business office management and process outsourcing business, its traditional third party healthcare management services, and will aid in introducing other accounts receivable and revenue cycle management service offerings to the market.
